I haven't had a chance to paint these item...

I haven't had a chance to paint these items up, but they are gorgeous. I would rate the product as a 5/5 - sturdy materials, well-packaged, well-priced, and the best part of the product is that it is modular, so I can rearrange the same buildings to get different builds.

The only drawback of the product is that there are small spires/columns and doo-hickeys that protrude on them which can easily break off. The resin used is pretty brittle, and the tops of the decorative features are sharp.
While unpacking the buildings, a few of the spires snapped off. I superglued them back on, but must keep this in mind, as this terrain cannot be thrown into a large disorganized bin, but has to be carefully handled to avoid damage.

I'll post some photos when I get a few of the buildings painted up. 5/5! A+!
