Shipping policy

Section 1: Processing Time

Please note the following information regarding our order processing and shipping times. 3D Printed Orders are printed on-demand and the printing time takes approximately 7 to 10 business days, depending on the size of the order.

Laser Engraved and CNC Woodworking orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Section 2: Free Shipping Criteria

Orders totaling $80 or more are eligible for free shipping.

If package shipping distance, size, and/or weight make shipping via USPS impractical, I reserve the right to ship via UPS or FedEx.

Section 3: Verification of Mailing Address

It is crucial to ensure that all your shipping details are accurate, especially the address.

If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect and the shipping service has to charge an address correction fee or if the package is returned, you will be responsible for paying the additional charges. By placing an order with us, you agree to this.

Section 4: Customs and Import Taxes

Panhandle 3d LLC does not ship outside the USA.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
